                               RESOLUTION NO. 18900
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHATTANOOGA
                   POLICE DEPARTMENT TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
                   THE TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY FOR THE
                   PROVISION OF PERSONAL SERVICES CONSISTING OF
                   CRIMINAL RECORD SEARCHES.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Chattanooga Police Department be 

       and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement with the
       Tennessee Valley Authority, hereinafter "TVA", to perform 
criminal
       record services with TVA to compensate the Police Department at
       the rate of Two Dollars ($2.00) for each search, and that the
       total of such payments from TVA for such searches should not
       exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00).
